Our mission is to provide affordable high quality, long lasting custom pieces. Every personalised piece has been crafted on a base of high performance stainless steel. Instead of a quick fade plating process, our pieces undergo an advanced PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) vacuum process. The genuine 18k gold gets fused to the stainless steel creating a scratch resistant barrier that is 100% water and tarnish resistant.

By crafting each order on demand and shipping straight from our production floor to your door, we eliminate retail markups and waste. Why hasn't my tracking link updated?

In some cases it can take up to 48 hours for the information on your tracking link to update once you have recieved your shipment email.

My parcel is lost, what do I do?

We're so sorry this has happened. Please note a lost parcel is due to the courier so getting in touch with them can be helpful.

When will I get my order?

We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. As our pieces are all made to order please allow us 7-10 business days to process your order.
