Do you have a warranty?

We feel confident in the quality of our products and we are proud of our commitment in providing high quality tarnish free pieces - which is why we offer all our customers a 2 year warranty from the date you receive your order. This warranty covers any possible defects during the creation process. This doesn't cover any lost items or damage from improper care. (You can read how to care for your products below.)

How do I care for my jewellery?

All our products are made from stainless steel - because of this our pieces are highly waterproof. But like any piece of jewellery, it is important they are taken care of. To bring back shine to your pieces, you can use a light polishing cloth and gently go over your items - this will also take away any dirt build up that can happen over time with excessive wear. Avoid using any harsh chemicals this could result in damage to gold plating. Keep items stored away from other items to prevent any potential scratching.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped and is on the way to you, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

Can I cancel/update my order?

Please make sure all shipping information is correct before you place your order as it is not guaranteed we can update this information once your order has been placed due to processing times. If you do notice a mistake on your order- please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to rectify it for you.

Once your order has been processed it is unlikely we will be able to cancel your order, but if you get in contact with us as soon as possible we will do our best to help you.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

When will you process my order?

Once your order has been placed, we aim to begin processing your order within 2 business days.

For custom made pieces please allow 7-14 days for the creation.

Once your pieces have been crafted please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14 day refund policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please note we are unable to accept refund requests for unwanted custom items as these pieces are made to order.
